I first heard 'Blood Sugar' at a party and I love it. I'm not usually a huge drum and bass fan but I love this album I prefer the much faster songs on here,. 'Slam' is brilliant - i defy anyone not to want to get up and dance when you hear it. 'Fasten you seat belt' starts off slowly but build up, and again like 'Slam' you just want to jump up and down! 'Tarantula' is a good sing-along as well as move along song. I personally am not that keen on the slower songs such as the albumn title song ' Hold your Colour' it just doesnt have the same effect on me as the faster ones does. The same can be said for 'Plastic World' I just find that song a bit boring to be honest. Good value for money and Pendulum and Drum&Bass fans won't be dissapointed
