If you are looking for a one stop book to see you through the whole time then this is definitely for you. Generally I always find that there are books for preganacy and then there are books regarding how to deal with the firstyear but not many are combined so this is a good book for that.
The first section of the book has a really good nutrition section for the expectant mother. I found this to be quite comprehensive compared to some other books I have read. Even though I am not a major fan of Frank I have a huge liking for this album and thought I had to tell you about it. I only own this album as I mostly download my songs but as I was going to buy ?Love Ire and Song? but decided on this one instead which i was greatly impressed by.
Who Is Frank Turner?
I wouldn?t know why anyone wouldn?t have heard of him but for those who haven?t Frank Turner is a Folk song writer and singer who was a former vocalist for the punk band Million Dead. He was born in 1981 and has released several successful albums including the compilation album ?The First Three Years?. Frank became known when he joined Million Dead in 2001 and stayed with them for four years releasing two albums; after they spilt he decided to become solo and has done many shows around London.

The ?First Three Years?, describes the album of Frank?s first three years of solo music compiled on one disk. It was the first ever album I had bought of Frank's and my friend recommended him to me. It was first released in December 2008 and contains amazing lyrics that each tell a story, strong tunes and excellent singing. Frank Turner's singing voice is mature and professional he knows how to not only reach the high notes, but also the lower ones. Frank Turner deserves to be bigger than he already is and he needs to get away from the image of Million Dead and get respected and looked at as an individual singer. His talent stands him out there with the best, but the image of Million Dead is not good since it stops him from being respected as the excellent and talented solo singer that he is.
