BEST TRACKS:
fingers crossed - was the first song i heard from this album, i love this song for its lyrics and the amazing speed of the guitar and bass, i love fast paced punk songs and this really does pull it off well.
Man or mouse - youll love this song for the beginning its amazing the guitar comes in with a real catchy riff and then you hear the bass (i love bass) then the lead singers breaks in with a simple yeah yeah yeah line repeated and it just sounds real cool, then when the song starts the lyrics are rather different from another song ive heard and the music well it goes real well.
Kemp - the seond millencolin song i ever heard of my punk o rama dvd , i love once again the introduction see my theory is if the introduction cant keep your attention then the song blows, the beginning bass line and guitar riff is outstanding the tune is so cool. The lyrics of the song are alright but i love this song for the tune, does sound a little bit like man or mouse thinking about it.
Battery check - I really do like this song once again its fast paced punk and the lyrics well there not outstanding but they do sound rather cool when thrown in with the music.

OVERALL: If you like bands such as bad religion and the offspring you are really going to like millencolin! This album is a good one to buy just to check them out i bought mine from track records for £7!
Though i do prefer millencolins later albums such as homefromhome (check review) i do also like their early albums as well.
The problem for me is that this album does after a while get on my nerves some of the songs are slightly annoying which hamper my enjoyment of this album, though dont get me wrong there are some very cool tracks also.
Like i have mentioned before millencolin are a sweedish punk band (im still shocked about that), though like last time i mentioned they sounded like bands such as nofx and bad religion. This album is different they have a slighty annoying voice and remind me of the younger days of NOFX.
This album comes with 14 tracks, the better songs to look out for are move your car and vulcan ears to me these stick out way above the rest.
The sound on this album is a lot more upbeat, all the songs are ...
Advantages: Great songs with a wide variation in tempo and style. Disadvantages: Only really for Millencolin fans or punk rock enthusiasts.
This was the second album i had purchased by Millencolin and was undoubtedly better than the first (HomeFromHome) which was also good. There is a lot more variation in the tracks, with fast paced songs such as Pepper and ballads, such as The Ballad.
Originality - Although Millencolin do not seem to be much different from other punk rock bands out there, they have a unique style blending the guitars, bass and drums well along with strong vocals from Nikola.
Lyrics - Some of the lyrics are quite random in a way but some (eg. The Ballad) have hard hitting and meaningful lyrics.
Quality And Consistency Of Tracks - Most of the tracks are very good on this album and everyone who owns a Millencolin album prior to this will enjoy the continued greatness from this Sweidsh band. As i mentioned earlier, the tracks vary in pace and style ...
