This is Daft Punk's first and by far the best album they have released to date. It is by the far the least commercial and most underground release as the newer releases like 'Discovery' tend to go a bit on the poppy side which is expected due to their success.
If you like that filtered French house sound this album ticks all the boxes. As well as the distinct sound theres lots of variation with some of the tracks bordering on techno.

Around The World - One of my favourite house tracks of all time - funky and fresh
Da Funk - Twisted downbeatish sort of breaks track - awesome video also
Burnin' - Filtery and funky house track - definitely a pioneer with the likes of Junior Jack and numerous other house producers following the trend.
Rollin' & Scratchin' - Tough and technnoey - Chicago influences apparent, contains some lovely crazy noises and whooshes also

Advantages: Great tunes, humour (though not novelty) and a wonderful 80's vibe Disadvantages: Final track 'Too Long' is as it says on the tin. Compared to first album, maybe they've sold-out a little bit.
