O is that it
Advantages: funky beat Disadvantages: really really crappy to get hyped to.
Not what i expected atall actaully. Althought the selected few songs i would listen to again aren't bad. If i never downloaded this and bought it i'd be pritty pissed like. But my music's not your music now.......Or is it? lol. Cd2 is proberly the best cd in the album. Best song would of been work it. Could have done with some fresh tunes remixed tho coz that was really disopointing. Oh yeh and they all actaully have nere enough the same bassline ...

SSSSSSSSSSSMASHING
Advantages: good range of tunes Disadvantages: a bit old now
A great album which sums up the year of trance which was 99. A great selection of tunes ranging from the popular tracks and the more unheard of ones which makes the album accessible to all tastes and gives you the chance to aquaint yourself with these more unpopular tracks. It's getting on a bit now but you can get it at a really good price. I got my copy for £8 so look around and you'll find a bargain!! Tunes are dated now but I still listen to ...

Back To Love 03.02 - Various Artists
Advantages: Fantastic Full-Length Dance Classics Disadvantages: A few substandard fillers...
I've got all the Back To Love compilations from Hed Kandi of of "classic tracks that gave birth to a whole generation of clubbers", and was listening to this one (well, both CD's in this double-pack actually) in my car earlier today, so though't I'd let you know what I thought...

CD1
1. "You're gonna miss me" - Turntable Orchestra (original mix)
Classic "italian house" piano, and a great baseline
2. "Love will find a way" - Victor Romeo ... ...CD, but some of the Back To Love greatness from the earlier releases is beginning to wear a bit thin. The first Back To Love is definitely the best, and if you're going to buy just one of these compilations, that's the one to go for, rather than this one.
I hope this helps... ...

A wonderful achievement for BT
Advantages: Wonderful sonic landscapes, great surround sound DVD. Disadvantages: Some songs a little overprocessed.
This was the first album of BT's I had bought, although I had heard his music before in various places. I didn't really know what to expect - the music of his I had heard before had been dance music, yet I read all kinds of genre classifications for this album. Once I had listened to the album I was still unsure of how you would classify this. It almost transcends classification; each track is totally different to the last. I suppose you could call ... ...first track which really made this album unclassifiable. It starts like the others, with ambience, yet soon we can hear an orchestra coming close, and then in full blown effect. By the end we have some of BTs style of Dance. 1.618 follows a similar pattern, but is totally different in it's execution. There is the use of an orchestra again but more focus on electronic melodies than strings. A beautiful and harmonic piece. "See You On The Other Side", ...

How Did We Get From Jamaica To Snowflakes One Song After The Nex?
Advantages: Lots of big tunes Disadvantages: Nothing specific
“Snowflakes” was released as the first Christmas album from the R&B singer Toni Braxton. Released in 2001, it finds her mixing in a range of tunes which have her taking on familiar tunes that all know from this time as well as some original compositions. It is noted for being recorded at a time when she was newly married and was expecting her first child. 1.“Holiday Celebrate” The album opens up with a track that shows that in this album we are about ... ...lts of effort put into it in order to make it sound much more than your average, quickly-thrown-together Christmas album as we get thoughtful production that mixes in the contemporary R&B trends with the Christmas-y themes for a big opener that I can't find any faults with. **Five Stars** 2.“Christmas In Jamaica” As things move on, we see there here we get what was the second album from the record and a joint that has her linking up with the Dancehall ...
