The sleeve notes are quite interesting, with a sentence or two about each track, but I would have expected something more ...
...because I like a story, but on one track (Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell), it states that another singer may have stood in for Terrell because of her illness but it is frustrating as it is not expanded upon. Perhaps I should know a bit more about Tammi Terrell, and at least it will encourage me to find out more. The music itself is great, but then I am biased, having grown up with Smokey Robinson and Co.
