...single was taken from The Platinum Album. Kiss (When The Sun Don't Shine) was really Boom Boom part two, but had a bit more of a tune to it. The group then went a bit funny, and started releasing much slower, bubble-gum tunes. Whereas the earlier tunes were at least catchy enough to dance to, Sha La La La La was all hand claps and pigtails. Uncle John From Jamaica was essentially Pizza Part 2, but by this time they were starting to lose their appeal. ... ...most commercial sales, but the group made a grave marketing error when they turned their back on this. By the time they realised and released Cheekah Bow Bow it was too late - the Vengabubble had burst, and they were resigned to the bargain bucket in Woolworths'.
