Love alicia, d'angelo and india?you'll love this! Advantages: soulful, amazingly sexy Disadvantages: takes a few listens to appreciate it This CD definitely grows on you.Her sound is so unique that it takes a few listens to appreciate it, but please do!!!Unlike other big voiced warblers, Tweet's voice is very understated and soulful. When i first bought this CD, i loved all the fast paced tracks, such as Oops, Boogie 2nite (recently covered by Booty Luv, though not nearly as good as Tweet's version!) and Sexual Healing. I wasn't so keen on the slower tracks because, like her voice, ... ...bit bland. However, since listening to the CD more, it is now these tracks that i love the most!what at first seemed to lack oomph became my perfect relaxing music.It is also extremely sexy, and she doesn't shy away from expressing her sexuality which I like alot. It features some of his most well-known material, amongst those you find “Nobody and “Twisted”. 1. “Twisted” This is a classic R&B song, and amongst the best of its sort from the time as it was done just before all the other heavyweights in the game dropped highly-emotive songs. He had the edge though with his ... ...you can guess what mood Keith is in for this song, as it isn’t likely to surprise you to any degree whatsoever that he’s down for some lovemaking at this point in it. Here the start of the track indicates that we may be in for another speed alteration, but he takes it down to the level where you expect to get it as he just gets down to what you know is inevitable (and still not for the final time on the record). Soul LESS Advantages: could be called romantic Disadvantages: but I'll call it dull Originally released in 1986 and currently available on midprice This record seems to sum up the music business in the mid 80s with CD just available great effort was made to smooth out the recordings to make them sound wonderful but less effort being made into the actual songs themselves. The style of the record is R'n'b, I can't describe it as soul since it seems soulless. A Beautiful Reminder! Advantages: Her voice and choice of songs, especially the "duet" with her father Disadvantages: If you don't like these old songs, you might not enjoy this album, but you'd be cheating yourself if you didn't try The late, great, Nat King Cole was a man with a golden throat, whose voice could soothe and caress. Once you've heard his voice, you'll never forget it, and its velvet quality. My mother adored listening to Nat King Cole's music, and I have always thought it was a shame that the only time I "saw" him was in the movie "Cat Ballou" where he and Stubby Kaye sang the narration for the film (it's a great film, by the way) and I understand Cole passed ... ...was an outstanding performer and his legacy lives on - both in the Nat King Cole Society (http://www.nat-king-cole.org/) as well as in his daughter - Natalie Cole. It was therefore very fitting for me to be introduced to his daughter's voice via the CD "Unforgettable" - which is a tribute to her father's music. The title of this CD is doubly appropriate.
