The main part i like is the seperation of funky house on one CD, chilled house on another and classic house tunes on another. ...'feel the vibe' and 'I see girls' from 2005, played frequently in that year, in capones, play 2 and sgt peppers if anyone went to those that year. Where as the chilled out songs are taken more from cafe mambo and cafe del mar in the early hours of sunset or sunrise. Have already rated the previous album (put your hands up vol.1) and many of my points apply to this album aswell. After continually listening to the first album i decided to buy this one aswell and again i was not disappointed. All i have to say is if you are hed kandi (funky house) fan you will love this! Don't expect it to be too different to what you would normally expect from hed kandi (disco) but at the end of the day it is a tried and test formula and it is great set of funky new tunes. There are a lot of current faves on there as well as some cutting edge newer tunes that you know are going to be big. The right mix between being commercial but not too mainstream ... Read review
