...had really enjoyed is this MTV Unplugged session from 2005. Recorded on her home turf a Brooklyn Academy of Music, this is a showcase for a true vocal talent and talented pianist. The applause for her opening "Intro Alicia's Prayer" soon dies down and you can almost hear a pin drop until her smooth soul voice takes over. !!!Unplugged and Brilliant!!!

Advantages: Profound lyrics.
Disadvantages: Can't think of any (personally)

In her unplugged album, Lauryn Hill takes her lyrics a step further and explores issues that most people can relate to. She sings about people in general and the personal issues that individuals may go through. Each song is quite long, lasting around 4 or 5 minutes on average. There is a lot of talking in between songs, which I personally see as a good thing because it allows you to see the thought she has put behind each song. However, you can ...

...have been a fan of Mariah Carey for many years my first record was her debut single "Vision of Love" which i got when i was 3. I have always liked the way every track on her albums seemed to have been recorded with 100% of her effort. When buying a Mariah cd you always get alot of tracks on the album, and the qulity of her voice is outstanding, when i saw that MTV Unplugged had released the cd of her live performance that she did for MTV's Unplugged ...

I personally believe that they should have added a interview and more songs.
