...it comes. I stumbled across Sign O' The Times at a bootsale marked up for £8 and it was still shrinkwrapped. This was an absolute bargain as I've seen it priced up for as much as £19.99 in stores, though recently the price has fallen, like a lot of the Bealtes albums. ...are still relevant today. Mid-tempo with a simple and yet so catchy bassline with very minimalistic arrangements. The lyrics are deep and to be honest I believe that for the lyrics alone this is one of the most under-rated hits of all time. This album is good but it is not as good as "get rich or die tryin'. This album was released in March 2005. A couple of the singles that most people know are, "Candy Shop", which features Olivia. Candy shop was a good song. Another single was "Just a lil bit", "Outta control", and "Disco inferno". This album is excellent and i have not stopped listening to it since the day i bought it. It has a range of different types of songs from upbeat raps like "Shake That" to songs with more meaning like "When Im Gone". It also contains some old favourites such as "The Real Slim Shady". The only downside is that the album is not suitable for children as there is a lot of swearing and references to sex, drugs and alcohol (but its kind of what you expect ... Read review

Purple Rain is an amazing cd. Its so uniqe and original, i have never heard anything like it! Its a mixture of 80s pop and rock, with princes unique sound. Every song on 'Purple Rain' has something different about it, like the emotional title track, amazing guitar solo on 'Computer blue', 'I Would Die 4 u' is a great sing along kind of song and then theres the daring 'Darling Nikki'. I have had 'Purple Rain' for quite a while and every time i listen ...
...never gets boring. The fact that there is only 9 songs on this album could actually be a good point, as every one of the songs are excellent and have a different quality and emotion to them. ...a quality album from Jay, Kingdom Come lacks a certain something that you expect from the Greatest Rapper Alive. As a hardcore Jay-Z fan, I am left a little bit dissapointed even though it is at least on par (if not better) with his competitors albums such as Nas and The Game. This is more like the Jay-Z of old with good rhymes and fantastic flow. 5/5 Track 4 - Show Me What You Got - the first single off the album which is catchy and is a great Jay track even though it is more commercial than most of the tracks.
