Living Up to Expectations Advantages: Some new tracks and consistency with quality throughout all albums Disadvantages: Most tracks are older tracks Great Album, with a couple of new songs on it, definately lives up to expectations, if you likes the previous albums by eminem then you'll love this because it has a lot of great tracks from other albums as well as several new ones including "when i'm gone". As well as some new remixes. Eminem has always been one of my most loved rappers and he continues to step up to the competion and destroy them on album sales. The Buffalo Man Is Back Again Advantages: Lots of bangers Disadvantages: Slower tracks lose the hype “The Return Of The Space Cowboy” was released as the second album from Jamiroquai. It came out in 1994, a year after the Acid Jazz and Funk band (headed by the lead singer Jay Kay) made their debut to carry through the hype that came with that album with their ability to bring the alternative style into the mainstream without any real effort. 1. “Just Another Story” They kick the album off with an epic, near-nine-minute-long display that has them ... ...listeners. It sees that Jay Kay returns with the same sorts of things that came of the debut when he spoke out on political issues, and here he uses his light vocals to come out with a heavy jam that does the same, but masks its seriousness in the intense grooves that make it such a killer of an opener that you won’t be able tot tear yourself away from once it has begun. The Real thing Advantages: excellent, wait is over. Disadvantages: should have come after "who is Jill scott" ...15 tracks on this "the real thing" and the best ones are as follows: Track - Breathe (great lyrical skills) Track -The real thing (rockesque very much like en-vogue) Track -Come see me (is a stand out track on this album, very soft silky ballad) Track - Crown royal (is a melodic earfest, however this seems like an interlude as it is too short). The Whut??? Advantages: Bangers throughout Disadvantages: Nothing specific Guided by Erick Sermon, who he would soon come to form part of Def Squad with (along with Keith Murray) it finds him performing the similar things to what EPMD (of which Erick Sermon is half) were known for with the ‘Funk Rap’, material coming out the East Coast and laced-heavily with P-Funk samples from the seventies and eighties. 1. “Psycho Ward” (Intro) 2. “Time 4 Sum Aksion” The album gets going with something hardcore as we get one of the singles ... ...we get a jam which uses a huge array of various samples from a little from Zapp, Sly & The Family Stone and LL Cool J to help him along the way as he gets the thing underway with a track that’s all there for the hype and has him showing just how much potential he has within him. WATCH OUT!!! THIS HARDMAN WILL GRAB YOU BY THE....... Advantages: Excellent feel good factor Disadvantages: Too good and you won't be able to stop dancing....again.....and again........and again In a music industry that is forever being labelled and categorised here is the opportunity to own, listen, live and dance with an Album that is surely its own little creature, always ready to fill your soul when you give it attention it craves. 'Attack of The Hundred Yard Hardman' is a brilliant album by Parka, to some, a little known scottish band that have been on the circuit for a while now but when you find them and join their world on this ... ...With many albums these days its usual to find those couple of tracks that just aren't up to the same level as the others but with this one all of the tracks are there to please. Yes there may be a couple that don't take your fancy but they are still good and knocking at your door for you to listen to them.
