Ciara's vocals are decidedly understated on this tune ... ...beats. It truly lives up to the "crunk 'n'b" label - I have spent many a crazy and drunk time getting my groove on along with it in a pub or club just in the last couple of months! "1,2 Step", her forthcoming single, follows along in a similar vein - a catchy hook, clever style of singing - but is possibly even more infectious. Outkast's Aquemini is liquid magic Advantages: Top-Notch Lyrics and Flows, Unique Production, Originality, Variety, Humorous, Subject Matter Disadvantages: A Few Weaker Moments ...from the dirty south. Aquemini kicks off with "Hold On, Be Strong" and "Return of the "G"", the first two tracks. The first is a unique intro with some funky harmonization, which leads into the second track, the first actual track on this album. The track kicks off slowly, with a hard hitting drum / bass combo, synthesized violin, harmonized perfectly to give it a futuristic, sort of epic feel to it. Outkast drop ill verses about Big Boi and Andre's ... ...of the true highlights of Aquemini are the two tracks in "Da Art of Storytelling" series. The first of the two happens to be the second single from this album. Outkast redefine the word storytelling, and use it to their complete advantage on this track. We get a story about an old friend of these two emcees, who sadly died from an overdose of heroin. Stank Ya Advantages: Some bg tunes Disadvantages: Some bad tracks "Stankonia" was the fourth album to be released by a group which consists of Andre 3000 and Big Boi, who collectively go by the name of OutKast. This album was a successful one for the group as they managed to a #2 in th Billboard Charts, as well as three singles, of which one achieved a #1 in 2000. "Stankonia" has a multitude of musical genre's blended within it, whch shows the diversity of the group. Amongst what OutKast brings us, we have: metal, ... ...called alt. Hip Hop as this is what it revolves around. The two artist differ greatly, also adding to the mixture of what is brought from OutKast. They call themselves "The player and the poet" giving and obvious contrast from the start, as Big Boi stays gangsta as his lyric mainly go on the theme of being a thug, whilst Dre generally comes up with random metaphoric phrases. It makes me wonder how Fat Sacks can put up with the other because of his ... The best album ever! Advantages: Double album- both C.D.'s great! Disadvantages: There are non This is the best album i have ever bought, and probably will ever buy. Both albums- 'Speakerboxxx', and 'The Love Below' and packed full of quality songs. Probably every song (especially on 'The Love Below' album) has the potential of being number one. There is great variety in the songs, and contrast between the two albums. "Supply & Demand" came as the Atlanta duo of Tity Boi and Dolla Boy broke out of Ludacris' camp with material featuring just the two of them after years of features on works form others. 1. "Dear Mr. LA Reid" (Intro) 2. "#1 Trap Pick" As we get things underway properly we have them talk about how the traps of ATL chose this pair to step up in 2007 to come up and do ... ...in over to satisfy those who have had lots of faith in their ability decided that it was time they made their mark on the southern Hip Hop scene, and his one has them blast onto the scene with a heavy impact.
