Unplugged, undeniably good

...had really enjoyed is this MTV Unplugged session from 2005. Recorded on her home turf a Brooklyn Academy of Music, this is a showcase for a true vocal talent and talented pianist. The applause for her opening "Intro Alicia's Prayer" soon dies down and you can almost hear a pin drop until her smooth soul voice takes over. Disadvantages: Delivery isn't up to the standard it should be...

AHHHHHHHHHHHHH! This is one of the most frustrating albums I have ever had to endure... It lives off the reputation of a couple of songs, and frankly, is a dissapointment, and this is coming from someone who didn't have high expectations to start with! It is a weird mixture of chilled out music, mixed with a couple of 'up-beat' tracks, mixed with fillers (Tracks just put there to make the album long enough to call and album).
