Suicidal Tendencies are old school thrash metal band from the late 80's. The thing that made them stand out from the rest of the run of the mill thrashers of that era was their fusion of skateboard and surf culture. There songs have that Californian feel to them and if you listen to the track "Surf and Slam" you're left in no doubt of the influence of beach culture on the music. More melodic than most thrash of the time this is an album full of great songs. If you like metal and like it a bit faster and a bit louder than most then you can't go wrong with this CD. Not a classic by any stretch of the imagination but not bad ether.
