After their mediocre album "converting vegetarians" (which I actually enjoyed). This album was generally considered a flop (a couple of good tracks the rest were just not up to usually IM standard. IM have released their new album Infected Mushroom - The supervisor, which is, I am happy to say a vast improvement over the last.

The supervisor - Mediocre track, probably the weakest track on the album, this more of a commercial psytrance track than anything else. This track would be at home at a festival or similar event.

Ratio Shmatio: amazing song, good build with a climax just like in the first IM songs on "The Gathering"

Muse Breaks RMX: In this track IM have incorporated Michele Adamson's voice into it and have mixed her singing into the track superbly.

Meduzz: This track moves off in to the more orchestral direction and is lot darker than most of the other tracks. The machine sounds in the track also add good character to this track

Cities of the future: I really like this track most people don't because Duvdey sings in it . Such a good beat in this track and one of thr craziest tracks on the album

Horus the Chorus: Not one of my favourite tracks. The build up in this track is awesome and when it peaks you kind of expect something more from IM however it just seems to peter out

Frog machine: This track is reminiscent of BP Empire. Very weird, dark and once again adding orchestral track make this track . Amazing track one of the best on the album will have you wondering how they actually came up with it

Noon: One of my favourite tracks. This song is like a roller coaster telling you where it is going, great build up in the song. This is one of the tracks I keep putting on repeat.

bombat: crazyyyyyyyyyyyy: This track brings back memories of classical mushroom, ( the first IM album I have bought). Great build ups again and this track really slams into you with it energy and pace.

Stretched: This track is sort of an updated version of "dancing with kadafi" (BP EMpire). This track focuses on a specific beat and the guitar on the track make this one of the most enjoyable tracks on the album.

Summary: IM have defintiely got a winner here, trancey album with a hint of darkness. The usualy wierdness and thought provoking songs which make IM one of the best psytrance bands out there. Purist spy trancers will probalby slate this as being too commercialised but I love it
