Advantages: easy to use, great way to control games, keeps you fit! Disadvantages: lack of dvd and i would also recommend lots of batteries.
this is the best console ive owned, i can only imagine how great a second version of this would be!
the graphics on the wii console dont quite rival PS3 or The XBOX 360, but if you like the great games such as sonic and mario, you will love this console, a must have for any nintendo enthusiast :)
plus you get wii sports free in the box, which is a great set of mini games to get you started and getting to grips with how the controls work, all with the hands! especially boxing, great workout!!
extremely easy to use i thought as on all games they show in the menu's how to flick the wrist and what buttons to press, so it can be as simple as possible.
best value for money on any console currently on the market, i would recommend this console to everyone, get out there and buy one. ...

Advantages: Decent graphics and music, simultaneous 2 player action Disadvantages: Dubious collision detection and parameters, animation can be poor
Not only are the likes of the opening sequence and the difficulty settings of Rushing Beat (the Japanese version of the game) missing in Rival Turf!, but I believe there to be insignificant tweaks to the fighting system as well. There are two playable characters to choose from, though there seems to be this glitch with Oozie Nelson where he is able to power-bomb an enemy successively without extending the damage dealt, but this is a minor issue.
A feature of Rival Turf! is the Angry Mode, whereby following much damage taken, the player temporarily becomes invincible and is able to deal out heavy damage. Might as well turn it on as there's really not much scope when it comes to the fighting. There's no priority move - not even the special attack which comes at the cost of the player score. You would do well not to resort to running ...
Advantages: Completely forget that you've had to cook dinner Disadvantages: No indication that the power is on
I was first introduced to the delights of using a slow cooker by a former boyfriend of mine, who loved to do his stews in his slow cooker. I must admit I did enjoy the ones he cooked.
More recently I found a small slow cooker at the charity shop, that I volunteer at, and snapped it up. I was regularly doing my current partners favourite meal of Sausage Casserole in it. The drawback with this one was that it was too small and I tended to overfill it when cooking with it.
It was last Christmas that my mum came to the rescue. She got my brother to treat me to the Rival Crockpot, a slow cooker of 3.5L capacity with a clear lid and 3 heat settings; low, high and keep warm. It is in stainless steel with a black, removable cooking pot, a clear lid as I said and Oval in shape
I was delighted especially as mum had also bought ...

To say that Rival Consoles' debut album is defiantly retro is to miss the point -- there is no other function for the album but to be retro to begin with, an intentional reclaiming of a time and place while still finding a way to make it something that could only be released in 2009. Thus the knowing nods of the song titles and cover art and more to a never-never land of electronics and computers in around 1981 is conditioned at all points by the strength of the beats and the deft facility of the cut-ups and squelching crunch that sole bandmember Ryan Lee West brings to songs like the title track.
