Advantages: iPod built in Disadvantages: Tarriff from O2
I recently upgraded to an iPhone from O2, and i must say the features on this phone are amazing. The built iniPod is great, i always listen to it. Having the iTunes shop also on the phone makes purchasing tunes really easy, even when on the move due to the great 3G technology. All the things for the iPod have been included in the phone, including the shake/shuffle feature and when you turn the phone on its side, you get all the album art to choose from.
The messaging is also something different from the rest of the crowd. You get to see all messages from the same person on one screen, something which is almost similar to MSN messenger.
Also, you get things called Apps. These are applications that run on your phone, from instant messaging to opening word documents, theres an app for everything!

Advantages: Super sleek design and some amazing technology Disadvantages: No video camera and the quality of the normal camera is quite bad.
The apple iPhone is a brilliant mobile in most aspects, but it definately has some big areas for improvement. It definately looks the part with its sleek deign, butit is also lacking in some areas. For a start, the keypad when writing a text is quite tricky to use as you do not always push the right letter as it is touchscreen. It also does not have a video camera which is essential nowadays, and to be truthful the camera itself is quite bad.
On the other hand, the MP3 player is brilliant and the fact that it can access the proper internet is astounding as you can do so much with such a small device.
Overall I think that the good points outweigh the bad points, but it is very expensive on a contract. ...

then told he he should have said in the first place! Arggghhhh! After dealing with the confusion, our card details were taken, bank details confirmed and our policy arranged to start 4 days later. We were informed of the fact our policy documents would be sent out to us by post and we needed to sign and return a copy of the credit agreement.
Whilst Admiral do have a UK based call centre in Cardiff, which is great in this day, we found the gent we spoke to wasn't very hepful, we asked questions such as how much is your APR, how long is your cooling off period was, and inportant to us was do you charge for cancelling your policy due to not having the vehicle anymore (we were thinking of reducing down to 1 car), thre answer to all of these questions was 'I'm sorry, I don't know that I'm afraid'. There was no indication of where ...
