First Impression:
As soon as I saw this album, I knew I had to get it. The list of songs was incredible with only part of the second disc I wasn't keen on. I remember having to save my wage for a couple of weeks to be able to buy it. I was fifteen and in a part time job around my school hours, and not getting paid much, so it took a lot of effort, but was mostly worth it.

Style:
A lot like a 'Now' compilation, these songs are well chosen and all mega hits. You still hear a lot of these songs around even though some are up to 14 years old! For example, if you go to any nightclub where I live, especially the Jumpin' Jacks Clubs that are all over the country, I can guarantee 100% that before the night is out you will hear Ebeneezer Good by Shamen and Jump around by House of Pain - its inevitable!

Variety:
This is a collection of some of the greatest chart hits in the 1990's, both romantic and dance hits, with such love songs as 'Nothing Compares 2 U' by Sinead O'Connor, and 'Can't Help Falling In Love With You' by UB40, and such dance songs as 'Tubthumping' by Chumbawumba, and ' The Power' by Snap. All four of the songs are still constantly played in nightclubs and on the radio. Thank goodness the songs have stayed popular and not dissappeared with Furbys and Tamagotchis!

Disadvantages:
The C.D is brilliant, although I must admit, some of the songs don't deserve to be on the album, and I feel that other songs have made a more lasting impression. For example, 'Sweet Like Chocolate' by Shanks & Bigfoot should have been replaced by a Take That song, or possibly East 17s' 'Stay Another Day', as these bands are still recognised quite a bit, and have had more of an impact on the world.
The let down does start on the second side, with only just over half being big enough chart hits to deserve a place on this album, and I'm sure a lot of people will agree that some of the space alloted to these songs could have been used in a much better way with more big chart songs.

Age/Sex:
This is really suitable for any age or sex. There are songs such as 'Don't call me Baby', for the independent woman style song, and 'Jump Around', guaranteed to make any bloke, especially nightclub goers, jump up and down like Tigger on a pogo stick.
There is of course, something for all ages. Starting with the very young, there is 'Wannabe' by the Spice Girls, then for the young teens, there is 'Saturday Night' by Whigfield, for older teens there is 'Millenium' by Robbie Williams and 'Three Lions' by The Lightening Seeds Featuring Baddiel & Skinner (also guaranteed to make 90% of the male population act like girls by hugging, kissing, cheering, dancing and scream like you've never seen before - and it's all in the name of masculinity I've been told. Yes.....).
Finally for the late twenties and upwards, there are songs such as 'It Must Have Been Love' by Roxette, and 'Sleeping Satellites' by Tasmin Archer.

Cover Art:
The album has primarily a dark blue background, with the letter 'I', a picture of a big, red heart, and the number '90' underneath. These letters take up the full cover. On the back is the track listing and the barcode.

Inlay Content:
The inlay content is very informative, with information on who wrote the songs and who performed them etc.

Price and Availability:
I originally bought this album for £13.99, but have now seen it in well-known music shops for as little as £9.99. I have seen it online for £11.99, but have not seen it in the local supermarkets as this is quite an old C.D.
