If you like Vic Reeves and his 'zany' sense of humour, then you'll like this album. 'I Will Cure You' is full of witty, clever, often humerous and frequently silly lyrics such as ..
'I held your hand whilst you had a wee, Splish, splosh, splash the urine up against a tree. You shook your penis and where the droplets fell, Grew a beautiful woodland glade.' (Summer of '75)
'Harry Seacombe wants his pie and peas baby' (Meals on wheels)
But this isn't just a silly album like some of your dad's Baron Knights records, it contains some seriously good tunes such as the hit Dizzy (with the Wonder Stuff) and a dance version of the classic Pre FA Cup Final hymn 'Abide With Me'.
I have this album on vinyl and its one of my most treasured posessions. It will cure you.
