Ok, yes im aware that this is the second review i've done on a christmas film in two days, and no i'm not one of those fruitcakes that puts my tree up in september until march................... ANYWAY!!
I want to review The santaclaus brothers, dvd. My daughter received this disc as part of her christmas box last year.
Having never heard of the film before then, i confess it took me two months to even unwrap it and another momth to even watch it!!
The story -
Mel, Darryl and Roy are Santas sons and are all 150 years old (in santa years!!) The boys have a lot of growing uo to do, both in maturity and waist lines!!! (two of them are extremely thin!!)
The time has come for santa to decide who is going to take over the reins of the big sleigh,buts its becoming clear to him that the triplets are more interested in monkeying ...

Overall, I can recommend this film as a nice, easy-going comedy. It was followed by a sequel in 2002 (The SantaClause 2: The Mrs. Clause) and another in 2006 (The SantaClause 3: The Escape Clause). I have not yet seen either of these films but I hope to do so in the near future. ...

The film itself is another feel good Christmas flick which will keep your youngsters entertained for a few hours, Tim Allen is as funny as always, the part when he tries to pull his own tooth out to attract the attention of the tooth fairy did make my son and I giggle. The special effects were o.k but the whole Principal Newman, Scott Calvin falling in love and Principal Newman believing in Santa happened much to quickly, considering they were two pessimistic, commitment fearing adults, but hey it's a 2 hr film!!

There is another game on the special features of SantaClause 2, this one you have different levels, the first level you have a Santa tied up in a chair and you have to answer whether Santa has answered ...
