...I do not own this album, but I own the one that came after this, but I plan to buy this one because I LOVE THIS BAND. This is your chance to become a real metal head and prove that you can indeed listen to something this kick ass and brutal. ...This is the second of two albums that the Moody Blues recorded in 1969 and the first to be released on the Threshold label - the label that still hosts their releases in the UK. 'Children's' is another concept album. There are traces of psychedelic influences again (not surprising for the time it was written) . There are orchestral sounds and experimental arrangements. The lyrics are often open to interpretation. There is a theme pervading the whole disc which is pre-occupied with space, time, heredity and eternity. There are hints of the relativity and fragility of the lifetime of man, the lifetime of a planet (seen as a man) and the lifetime of the universe. Advantages: Children of bodom.. come on. FANTASTIC

...Wow, this album is fantastic, what makes it fantastic is that it's live and with live albums you get more feeling and atmosphere and this collection of songs are played so well. The songs are dramatic and you really feel the music within your body. This album gives me shivers up my spine. No joke, I put this album on and it HAS to be played loud. The feeling is truly immense. Extraordinary guitar ripping solos and the best song on this album is ' Touch Like Angel Of Death' it is played ever so well. You have to listen to it to find out. it isnt played like on 'Something Wild' There is an intro which is simply wow, I cant really explain it but, it gets you.. the feeling inside of you from the guitar and drums it's magical.
