Advantages: A interesting story which is both funny and moving
Disadvantages: Not a film everyone would enjoy

find the perfect place to settle down and raise their baby. The film follows them on this trip, and all the eccentric, caring, and different people they meet. I really enjoyed the film, some of the people they met on their travels were really comical, quirky and wild, but at the same time completely believable. The film is quite an emotional rollercoaster for the couple, meeting people who have changed since last time they saw them, and also meeting and also people with their own troubles to worry about. I liked Burts role. It was interesting to see John Kransinski in a serious film role, as I have only ever seen him in the comedy series ?The Office?, and I thought he was wonderful in the film. Review of Away We Go (DVD)

If Only

Advantages: Happy, healthy and rich
Disadvantages: Could be dead

28 years, 5 months and 24 days into the future to be precise. You see, I aim to retire at the age of 60, in good health and with lots of money. The only way I can see this happening is to travel to the year 2031, look at my life (hopefully I am still there), come back to today and change what I need too. If I am not there, find out why and change that too. Now, I am getting alittle confused already (does not take alot), and by the end of this may wish I had never started. Pensions --------- Sorry I am going to start with the boring. I am thinking about taking out a private pension as where I work, they do not accommodate this. Some say by the time I retire there will be no state pension Some say do not pay into a private pension as many big names are going bust so can not be sure of a payout. Away We Go- Lets go with them

Advantages: Beautiful story.Nice performances
Disadvantages: Might not appeal to all

I was curious what Sam Mendez would do after Revolutionary road,a film that i thought was well told. I was rather unimpressed with his American beauty but after watching Revolutionary road and now Away we go,i have to say he knows what he is doing! Away We Go is a simple film.A film about an expecting couple looking to move away from their previous home to a new place.Burt(an ordinary insurance sales person)and Verona suddenly make the decision of moving away after Burt's parents decide to move away to europe just before the due date of their child's birth.
