10 - I Am - This is an interesting track. It's almost a combination of U2 and another artist of the 90's whose name I can't remember. Each instrument plays it's part well and Joseph's voice continues to vary yet impress. This is actually a very strong track, even though it doesn't sound so on a first listen. - 9/10
11 - A Smile That Explodes - A quiet track, featuring simple keyboards below guitar and piano workings. Joseph teams up with a female vocalist during the chorus and both voices work very well together. His voice stays calm and quiet throughout and makes this song work even well in it's releasing of the lyrics. - 10/10
12 - Leave Us Alone - A haunted song with a haunting voice sound. This track builds up from simple keyboards and light guitar to a full fledged rock sound. Impressive...

Just before Christmas, we went to see Martyn Joseph at Haren Church, near Brussels airport. I don't not what surprised me more, that a Welsh singer-songwriter should turn up at a small venue in cold, dark Flanders or that this was the fifth successive year he had been there. We had seen him once before, back at Spring Harvest in Minehead in 1996, and had a couple of his albums. One of these, the eponymously entitled Martyn Joseph is the subject of this review.

Advantages: Covers the entire musical in one soundtrack! Disadvantages: None that i can think of!
...As far as musicals go this one is fantastic! bill kenwright was really on the ball when he started directing this! The sound track will take you on an amazing journey! the songs are upbeat and catchy and will have you trying to learn the colours of josephs coat for a ages! essential for any musical fans music collection! It is a soundtrack that will be enjoyed by all ages! Contains all the major songs from the musical including close every door, benjamins calypso, go go go joseph, potifer and those cannan days! Joseph is set around a bible story but bill kenwright has managed to add a touch of the calypso, rock n roll and gay paris! All of which is clear just from listening to the soundtrack! The soundtrack includesthe following songs;
