Advantages: A masterclass in arranging and playing Disadvantages: None
..., the lengthy but involving "La Nevada" (another "sketch of Spain"). His piano work is never ostentatious, however; he prefers to use it as a platform from which the horns, guitar and bass can then improvise. Coupled with his shorter, delicate "Sunken Treasure", they define the record's terms.
As an addition there's Horace Silver's "Sister Sadie", which is not available on some CD (or LP) versions of Out of the Cool. It is different in style than the other pieces - more conventionally swinging - but, like everything on here, it is expertly handled. It also brings the CD up to a respectable running time.
The orchestra members do a fantastic job with what must have been very demanding material and treatment....

Advantages: Solid Moody's performance; still going strong Disadvantages: None that the aficianado won't forgive
...The Moody Blues took to the stage of the Royal Albert Hall, London (home of the Prom concerts) on May 1st 2000 towards the end of their latest world tour. Billed here as the ‘Hall Of Fame’ tour we saw a concert with a very similar running order at The Ice Palace, Tampa, Florida on August 15th 1999. ...the self titled album was the 1997 release from hiphop low-profilers, Jurrassic 5.
I absolutely LOVED this album, full of its up-tempo ambient tracks coupled with the break beats and fuck-o-tronics!
i would DEFINETLY reccommend this album to any TRUE hiphop fans (no eminem wannabe's please!) that appreciate tight lyrical skills and diverse productions.
This album is like a journey, exploring many differing avenues of styles and production. My all time favorite tune they rock has to be concrete schoolyard. What a brilliant sound, a real raw london based summer track to put on for a bar-b-q! its a great album and i would thoughrly recommend this for a good chillout album, no jiggy raps here, just real raw pure talent.
