I really love 'The Life Collection' from David Attenborough. The complete series of 'Life in the Freezer' was the third dvd of the collection that I bought. The series itself has six episodes which are all on one disc. They were originally transmitted in 1993. The six episodes are: Episode 1: The Bountiful Sea - All about the Southern Antarctic Ocean and the species in it Episode 2: The Ice Retreats - About when Spring comes and the wildlife coming back to land to breed. Episode 3: The Race To Breed - How seals and penguins have to breed quickly before winter comes round again. Episode 4: The Door Closes - The disappearance of food as winter returns and how the wildlife have to migrate before this happens. Advantages: You get to see how I spend a typical day.
Disadvantages: You may not find it interesting.

A day in the life of?.Missy0303 I thought I would share with you all what it's like to be me on a normal working day. Monday 3rd February 6am The alarm shrieks into life? Ugh?I am loathe to open my eyes, so I reach out from under my warm duvet, feeling around and hit the snooze button?a whole 9 minutes later it shrieks again. Ok, time to get up, if I hit the button one more time I will continue to do so and therefore will oversleep. I push the duvet off of me slowly?brrr it is freezing, sit up in bed and reach over to the bedside table for my specs. Yep I'm blind as a bat without them! Variation de Virtuosi à la Yanni

Advantages: A fun show with a lot of energy and some impeccable multicultural performances
Disadvantages: A couple of pieces not so great, audience presence can be disturbing

Yanni (born Yiannis Chrysomallis) is probably one of the most popular musical artists in the world specializing in predominately instrumental music. Being very much a self-taught talent, he was born in Kalamata, Greece, where he learned to play the piano and tried his hand at composition as well. He eventually left Greece and enrolled as a student to the University of Minnesota where he joined the rock group Chameleon, headed by drummer Charlie Adams, involving themselves with some small time touring to no great fame. After growing tired to the life of a rock'n'roller he decided to focus solely on instrumental music as a composer and soloist, soon to be followed in this endeavor by Adams as well, the two of them striking out a collaboration that has lasted to this day.
