...What can you say about Tim Westwood, well, he does have a good taste in music thats for sure. I bought this album because I'd already heard his first compilation CD and been highly impressed with It. If you ever listen to westwood on the radio be prepared for somebody trying to be something he isn't. He trys to sound like a 'G' from cali but sounds like an idiot. Never the less his taste in music is great. Anyway back to the album which is a real classic from radio one DJ Tim Westwood. The thing is Tim Westwood is a white, 40-something English man who's dads a vicar and yet he gets massive respect from all the major rappers which just isn't right. Advantages: Good selection of skream tracks
Disadvantages: the frequencies tend to stay in the same conceptual space too often

...This mix is quite a hefty run through of all the big tracks of 2007 in the world of Dub-step (which is a relatively new but ever-increasingly popular music genre). The sound is from London and the UK (which is where most of the producers on the mix come from. The tracks are based upon what DJ Skream likes personally and what he plays at DJ sets (or was in the 2007-2008 period). Kulture kicks off the mix with a reggae infuse synth bassline rizing track which gets the energy levels pumping straight from the outset (interesting way to start a mix!) Next is a track from Skream himself which was popular one on pirate radio and in D clubs 'wobble that gut' with minimal progressive beats and bass-lines. Advantages: Some great songs, Not that expensive, Ideal for a House Party
Disadvantages: CD3 and the remixing could be approved.

...Some of the biggest Trance Songs to have been released are on this albumn so if you're a fan of the genre then it's probably worth a buy. If you are at a house party then this CD should go down a treat or even for when driving in the car. However I dont think CD3 is that good. CD1 is easily the best as nearly every song is great to listen too, CD2 is a little more laid back compared to CD1 but it has still got some great tracks but I feel this albumn would be better without CD3 as I barely listen to it as I feel that they are not the type you want to listen too at a party on a saturday night in my opinion. But even for CD1 and CD2 it is worth the money alone. However it doesn't have binary finary or Cafe Del Mar on it which is a shame.... Read review
