Advantages: Good music, reggae brought back to a roots sound Disadvantages: None
...Live at Stubb's is Matisyahu's 2nd album and his 1st live album recorded at Stubbs in Austin, Texas. It was released in February, 2005 by JDubRecords. If you are not familiar with Matisyahu, he's an intriguing chap, a New York Jew (Matisyahu is the Yiddish pronunciation of Matthew), who dresses in the traditional clothing of a Hasidic Jew and doesn't perform on the sabbath. He spent several years taking hallucinogens and touring with the rock band Phish, he produces a unique blend of authentic sounding reggae with undertones of some traditional Jewish music.
I bought this album at a cheap price to re-sell and was rather impressed with it, I didn't know what to expect and can't compare it to any of his other albums as I've not listened to them yet but this album had a refreshing roots feeling to it and I'm definitely on the look out...

Advantages: Great to listen to on a summer's day Disadvantages: None!
...The first album by the Fun Lovin' Criminals is in some senses their best. Although it is by no means as polished as later albums, it displays in its most raw form that sense of being on New York streets which seems to drive the band, that sense of dodging and sliding through life. Including such classics as 'Scooby Snacks' and 'King of NewYork', there is much bad language - I leave it to you as to whether that's a good or a bad thing - and the overall sense of the album, when listened to in conjunction with the other two released, is of a band who are just having a bit of fun, before the record companies and the restrictions and the money get a hold of them. This album is great for a hot summer's evening, much like all the band's releases - and if you're prepared to overlook a couple of weak tracks, if you liked the singles, you'll love...

2. Champion
3. Stronger
4. I Wonder
5. Good Life
6. Can't Tell Me Nothing
7. Barry Bonds
8. Drunk and Hot Girls (personal favourite)
9. Flashing Lights
10. Everything I Am
11. The Glory
12. Homecoming

these are 13 brand new tracks of wholesome Kanye West goodness, I think what really attracts us to Kanye is his originality and his truth if you want to hear about gang banger homies and Mother F*$!¬#+ from the hoods of New york dont buy this album because you will not get this. you will get lyrics on the facts of life which frankly i think we'd rather hear as the whole gangster rap thing is getting kinda old! all in all another great album from kanye with plenty of featured artists like T-Pain and Lil wayne. go ahead and buy you...
