Advantages: Great CD, covering all musical tastes Disadvantages: Erm, it;s £13.99!
...Destiny's Child's album 'The Writings On The Wall' is one of the best albums I have bought. Each track has it's own unique style, and they are nearly all 'single-quality' - that is - they could be released and do well as a single. With songs like Bugaboo, Say My Name, Jumpin Jumpin and Bills Bills Bills, I knew I was going to like this album, but when I bought the album, I was greeted by a second CD in the box!
On that 'bonus' CD, are Independent Women Part 1 (The Charlie's Angels them tune), Independent Women Part 2, a remix of No No No - their first song, and a Christmas song.
If you are a fan of R'n'B, or Destiny's Child, or even slower music with a Spanish flamenco hint, then try this album. I like it, and a lot of my friends like it, and it covers a lot of musical tastes.

Advantages: variety of songs Disadvantages: none!!
...At first, I was very wary of this CD as I thought it would be full of forgotton one hit wonder tracks that would only appeal to world war two veterans and five year old children - but I was very, very wrong. There is something for everybody on this compilation, like 'Bohemian Rhapsody' for the plethra of Queen fans, 'Teenage Kicks' by The Undertones for all the Punk fans. Plus classics that fit all genres like 'Imagine' by John Lennon, 'Do They Know It's Christmas' by the unforgettable Band Aid and the moving 'Angels' by Robbie Williams.
Other artists include Steps, Kylie, David Bowie, Elton John, Soft Cell and Blondie, to name but a few.
The compilation takes a journey through time from the very start of the singles chart to the more recent years of its existance, spanning classic disco stompers and moving tear...

Advantages: Everything about the album!! Disadvantages: Absolutely Nothing!!
...This is the biggest selling independent record of all time and definitely the best Offspring album. It is a punk master-class, its the album that launched a tiny independent record label (Epitaph). This for me is the best album of all time and if you dont own it you have to go out and buy it now, it is that good. Every single song is recorded and produced perfectly and showing the Offspring are best at which is making fast melodic pop punk. Every single song is great with a good progression through the album which never gives up in its fast pace. If you are just getting into the Offspring fan then you have to own this because there is no better album of theres to show off there talent....
