...seemed to consist of a never ending line-up. This is the track that really got them noticed and is very poppy with a nice uptempo beat. I dare anyone not to sing along with this. The song was taken from the movie "Back To The Future". 05: Mental As Anything - Live It Up If I remember rightly, a very old episode of Neighbours referred to some of the young ones going to a Mental As Anything concert. They were really a one hit wonder in the UK and this track is stuck between being a good catchy pop tune and an embarrassing single to have in your collection. When you have also had several albums with a chart topping boy band, the pressure must be huge. Plus, Justin Timberlake has had a multi-million selling debut that must be a mass of pressure. Under all this pressure, has he created an album that critics will rate or simply slate? Futuresex/Lovesound***** The opener of 'FutureSex/Lovesounds' is like an 80's Prince song meets Michael Jackson if he had ever done sexy rather than freakish. Advantages: Lots of great songs from the eighties
Disadvantages: A few not so great

Track 13 - I Got You Babe - UB40 & Chrissie Hynde This corroboration between UB40 and Chrissie Hynde of The Pretenders (Brass in Pocket) fame was a huge hit and to be honest their various styles complemented each other excellently on this track. Track 14 - Love Of The Common People - Paul Young When originally released this song flopped but after universal success with Wherever I Lay My Hat (That's My Home) this was re-released and was another success, peaking at Number 2 in the UK charts. Pretty decent stuff. Track 15 - All Cried Out - Alison Moyet The female half of Yazoo enjoyed a fair amount of success as a solo artist, and this was probably her best offering.
