Advantages: Unique design works well, quality pub food, reasonable prices. Disadvantages: Close proximity to motorway makes outdoor eating a no no for me, tiny loo's.
A couple of weeks ago, my parents and I, along with my children, decided we would go out for a bar meal. We've all been quite busy recently and it's been quite a while since we got together like this.
We decided to go to a place we knew pretty well, which was reliable and child friendly. Knowing it as it's former name, 'The Carrow House', and more recently 'The Border Gate' and part of the Brewers Fayre chain we headed off. Arriving, we where surprised to see it had been taken over again, and completely refurbished, now under the name '"TableTable'"
About TableTable
This isn't a chain I personally have ever come across before, indeed didn't realise it was actually part of the same company as Brewers Fayre.
Part of The Whitbread Chain, TableTable has a more up-market feel than it's sister chain Brewers Fayre.

Advantages: Food presentation, good seating and decor, portion size, quality of food, vegetarian dishes Disadvantages: Temperature of the restaurant, long waiting time, extras that weren't stated
Yesterday was my dad's birthday, and for the evening we decided it would be a good idea to go out as a family to TableTable for our dinner. So after getting ready and changing into my Ark Clothing dress that I'd bought a couple of months ago, but hadn't got round to wearing, we made our way to the restaurant - at around 6:15.

When we got there it was around 6:30, and the six of us - My dad, my mom, my sister, my grandma, my grandad and me - made our way inside the restaurant to take our seats and wait for my auntie and uncle to arrive. The outside of the restaurant was very typical, but very nice looking. There were two, maybe three, benches outside for people to sit on in the nice weather if they decided to, and I pointed out to my mom that it looked like a restaurant you'd see abroad. I'm not actually sure why ...

Advantages: Fun way to get in shape, and of course there's the vibrating table ! Disadvantages: Possibly the cost, depending on where you go
while I was using the facilities as described, I have since stopped visiting, mostly because
a) I feel fit enough to exercise more vigorously
b) The cost has been a contributory factor
I only lost a little weight, but I feel that this was due to what I had been eating over the winter! People I spoke to at the tables had lost weight and toned up with various degrees of success. I think you get out of it, what you put in, and I was there to start exercising! However everyone I spoke to enjoyed going, and felt fitter for it. I did lose a number of 'inches' in total, from the various areas measured.
After the initial 10 sessions I was weighed and measured and my progress printed on a new sheet. With the second lot of sessions booked I was given three new exercises to incorporate into the Tables. This was nice as I felt the new ...
