Advantages: Some nice underwater stuff Disadvantages: Tired idea, Paul Walker, Uneven tone
It is mid-morning in Los Angeles, the coffee has just been brewed and the bagels and muffins are still warm. One movie exec doesn't touch them because he's on a no-food diet. The other loads up on caffeine in an attempt to wake himself up after a night of snorting cocaine off a stripper's body.
"Listen we've got nothing to follow the summer period and we need something for the kids, plus I've got my eye on a new condo in the hills"
"Well I had an idea last night and it was hot"
"Great! Let's hear it!"
" We'll get some hot young actors and actresses, throw them in the Bahamas and have them walk around in nothing but shorts and bikinis."
"I like it, what about the story?"
"Who cares, we'll chuck them on the poster with next to nothing on"
"Brilliant! Let's do a deal over lunch!"
Into The Blue is one of those movies ...
Advantages: Some good hit singles Disadvantages: Mixed album tracks
This album was released in 1998 and the title evokes sad feelings and images of hot, tropical sea and weather. The cover also has the same kind of images and it's all reflected in the music as well. The album was written in the aftermath of the death of Diana, Princess of Wales and Mick was clearly very sad.
There are covers and new material and in lots of ways, it's rather like an "easy listening" album. There's not really a "band" feel to this cassette at all.
1. Mellow My Mind
2. Blue
3. Say You Love Me
4. To Be Free
5. Air That I breathe
6. Some Day In My Life
7. Air That I Breathe (reprise)
8. Night Nurse
9. Broken Man
10. Come Get Me Angel
11. Ghetto Girl
12. Love Has Said Goodbye Again
13. High Fives
Track one "Mellow My Mind" sets the tone for the whole album. It's a very reflective song about a journey ...

Advantages: Easy Watching, Fun, Disadvantages: Paul Walker can't act, some of the scenes are a little far fetched
This was a film that i wasn't to bothered about going to the cinema to see. After you've seen some of Paul Walker's other films you start to get a bit sceptical.
He does play the California Surfer "Dude" again, like he does in any other film "Fast and the Furious, Timeline" and it does have some of his cringe worthy phrases "Calm down Bro!", if you can bare to get past his acting the film is good easy watching and fun.
Jessica Alba is gorgeous and does add a good feeling to the film and takes the pain out of PW's acting.
Some of the under (well all of them really) are fantastic, they really look the part and really make the film. The only thing i have against it is knowing abit about scuba diving and the fact that you can't swim that fast and far and stay under the water without breathing equipment by a HELL of a long way.
