Advantages: Easy read, real page turner Disadvantages: Based on tragic events
stress the complexity of the character of Jack. he is introduced in the book as a young and nervous man. The author introduces Jack before he introduces Boy A (the young boy who commits a dreadful crime), although they are the same person this way of introducing his character is important in the novel because Jack is a friendly and likable character where as Boy A is a child in which many readers will not be able to comprehend or understand and would not relate to nor would they like or sympathise with, even though he is just a child.
Throughout the story as well as jumping back in time to Jack?s crime, we also flash to his tragic childhood which endears us to him further and when Jack hits struggles, as a reader it is easy to feel sympathy and it is also easy to make excuses for his behaviour.

and also a set symbol, like a five - leaved clover with points on.
The drumming throughout every track of the album is consistent in producing a continuous rhythm, and that is all part of their style - simply superb, and creating a rather 'retro' feel.
This album is a cross between The Madness, Morrisey, The Smiths, The Kaiser Cheifs and Franz Ferdinand, all in different aspects of the album, maybe not as much the latter two.
All of the albums 'tail end' is very good too, there are some cracking tracks down at the bottom of the list, most noticably A few home Truths and red letter day, not deserving bottom spot!
Play.com prices the album at £6.99 delivered, which I think is very good value. It is currently in stock.

A brief synopsis and a short opinion of each and then a summary at the end will follow.
Duck Soup
The boys are Tramps and find an empty house in the woods. So of course they move in but then a forest fire breaks out and they are caught up in pretending to be the owners. Stan pretends to be Ollies maid!
A plot they have used on other occasions. The film is a decent silent movie and has all of their regular trade marks.
A good old funny comedy.
Watch out for when Stan gets mad at Ollie, Superb.
Made in 1927
Run Time 18 Minutes.
Why Girls Love Sailors
