This albulm is absolutly mind blowing!I got my copy the second i could get my hands on it(i ran down stairs when the postman was due waiting by the letter box!), and i was so so suprised to find how much more serius this album actually is the album seems so much more professional than there first self titled album!
**The highlights of this album have to be "the shape" "People=Shit" and left behind these are my personall faviorites alought i can reassure you that there is'nt really a bad track on the album!
There is a track on it self titled "IOWA" which lasts 15 minutes and is an impressive re-make of "killers are quiet" from the first album!
1.(515)-This is the first track on the album and it is very wierd in deed just like the start on the other album it features screaming! 2. People = Shit-This in my opinion is one of the better tracks on the album with the heavy guitars and the heavy drum beats of Joey it really is a hot track and of course the chanting of people=Shit! 3. Disasterpiece-Well the title says it all this is one messed up track!I like this one myself as it really has an edge to it! 4. My Plague-Heavy guitar rifts are the main focus of this song as well as Corey's great ability to sing so haevy and light! 5. Everything Ends-This song is a personal faviorite of mine with the start of the song going "You are all F*cked and over rated i think i'm gonna be sick and it's your fault this lets you know you are in for a great song! 6. The Heretic Anthem-This is the most popular treack on the album as it was realesed via the roadrunnerrecords(slipknots record label) website as a free download to promote the album 7. Gently-Starts off very very slowly but starts to explode about half way through all thought it is'nt as fast paced as the others! 8. Left Behind-Like heretic anthem it was realesed via the roadrunnerrecords website as a free download to promote the album and this is coming out as a single in october! 9. The Shape-A great track heavy drumming,great guitar playing Corey's lyrics make the song sound great! 10. I Am Hated-A good song as it starts off fast paced and the pace lasts all the way through the main point of this song is once again the awesome drumming ability of Joey! 11. Skin Ticket-a long track with good guitar and drumming at the start until about 1:30 where the chilling lyrics come in to play! 12. New Abortion-An exellent song one of the stand out tracks starts off with a big "raaaaahhhhhhhhhhh" by Corey and goes on to be a good all round track! 13. Metabolic-Anouther track where the superb ability of Joeys drumming combined with Coreys singing ability make a superb track! 14. Iowa-This is a remake of Killers are quiet and to be honoust this is a boring track as it lasts fo 16 mins and is pretty slow! **
Combined with the amazing drumming by Joey and the amazing Guitar rifts and of course the great ability of Corey to fit into these songs, is superb and the group should be commended for this!
