dustmen bishops and beggars privileged ladies and prostitutes. The gamut of Victorian society and a hotbed for crime and crooks of all kinds. With the nation a-flutter in the run up to this national event a disembodied head is discovered on a passenger train at Crewe; the first in a murky course of events that takes in murder fraud and race-fixing. Detective Inspector Robert Colbeck and his assistant are assigned to the case and are soon snarled up in a web of skulduggery stretching across the country. Advantages: great fun and lots of laughter Disadvantages: not enough episodes
Only fools and horses began its life in 1981, penned by John Sullivan, who also wrote Citizen Smith.
The seven series, (and 19 Christmas specials) lasted through till 2003 and revolved around two main characters, Derek (Del)Trotter, (played by David Jason) and his younger brother Rodney, (played by Nicholas Lyndhurst), they lived at 23 Nelson Mandela house, a block of high rise flats in Peckham and drove a bright yellow three wheeled van with 'Trotters Independent Traders' painted on it.
Derek, or Del boy as everyone knew him, was a trader of sorts, ducking and diving through life, buying and selling anything he and his brother Rodney could get there hands on.
Rodney, however, was the more law abiding of the two, always being dragged into Dels tricks.

Advantages: Some tracks of a newer style for Nickelback Disadvantages: one or two weaker tracks (but what album doesn't?!)
Daniel Adair ? drums, backing vocals.
The band formed in 1995, though the line-up has changed a little since (the third Kroeger brother left and was replaced by Adair on drums). Nickelback are much more successful than I realised, being the 11th best selling music act of the 2000s!
On to Dark Horse...

The album has 11 tracks. With a total running time of 45 minutes 40 this is a fairly short album (judged more against current standards where you tend to get an hour's worth of music for your money). The tracks are (I've put an S next to the ones which were released as ...

It's often the case isn't it, it's only when you are at your lowest and at the stage of physically dropping that you seek any nutritional help. This was certainly the scenario I experienced, whilst three months pregnant I felt as if I literally could not clamber out of bed in the morning, absolutely zero energy and in fact felt like "a shadow" instead of a physical being ...
Rewind back to when I first started feeling like this, and I ventured to my GP to see what they could offer me. In the past I have had trouble with anaemia and so fully expected to be prescibed some form of iron. So, I was rather surprised when I left the surgery with no sign of a prescription whatsover. The advice given was along the lines of "feeling like this is a normal occurence during pregnancy, just one of those things .." This point of view infuriates ...
