How Sweet It Is Review ofIt's Time - Michael Bubleby
Tinkerbella1
Advantages: Its Fantastic Disadvantages: I really dislike one of the songs!
...really strikes a chord and it's just amazingly beautiful and is sung with such emotion. Quando Quando Quando: An unusual sound is my first thought. Not very Bublé-esq. But then, he starts singing… now, that's more like it. " Ah, Nelly Furtado- hmm, I don't like her at all, I am not sure whether I like the sound of her voice with Michael's. They work quite well in harmony, but one after another is putting me off a little… I don't know why exactly, ... ...song! Toe tapping at it's very best. A very good variation on the original, I am getting the "Mack the Knife" feel. That very lively and 'happening' atmosphere. The bass sounds fabulous. I love the ending on this, very classy. .
The More I See You: Very jazzy. Very traditional. I love just Michael's voice over the bass on it's own. In fact, I just love Michael's voice over plain music, it just goes so well- but it is perfectly balanced by the rich ...

Advantages: Great performer Disadvantages: Lots of covers/versions, but this should not put people off
First, let me just say that I am surprised I am the first to review this product. I expected more to have wished to express their views on the Canadian Crooner, but I guess I am wrong. Here goes:
Michael Buble (apologies for the missing accent at the end of his name) is a man who loves music. In the same mold as Jamie Cullum, he performs covers of classic standards as well as writing and releasing his own music. And he is very good at it, too. Of ... ...for many years. His music reflects this while imposing his own mark and passion on his albums.
'It's Time' is Buble's 2005 album. It contains a feast of 13 classic tracks, including his hit release 'Home' which he wrote himself and is not a cover. There is also a duet with Nelly Furtado, 'Quando, Quando' and a track featuring Chris Bott, 'Song For You'.
These are the tracks:
1. Feeling Good
2. A Foggy Day In London Town
3. You Don't Know Me

Advantages: Great songs, and most notably I'm Your Man Disadvantages: The uncoverable Wonderful Tonight
...Canadian swinger MichaelBuble first came to our attention with his debut album "MichaelBuble" in 2003, with apparent sales of 4 million (from wikipedia). His follow up album "ItsTime" was equally as successful with the haunting lead single "Home" bringing him to a much wider audience. Now, 4 years on, he comes back with "Call Me Irresponsible".
The album opens with "Best Is Yet To Come" a track originally recorded by Tony Bennett, but most famously performed by Frank Sinatra. Its a fitting opening to this album, both stylistically and in title. But its "Me And Mr Jones" that really gets the ball rolling. A track that I dont particularly like, Buble's take on the old classic is the best I've heard. Where the album comes alive though is on the stunning "I'm Your Man" - originally written and recorded by Leonard Cohen. This...
