Advantages: Top quality recording and great music! Disadvantages: Some might not like the vocals etc.
...Released in 1975 ' Jumbo ' is ' Grobschnitts' third album, which contains many influences from ' Yes ' to ' Genesis' and even some ' Camel ' mixed in there too. In a way this is a little similar to there ' Solar Music Live ' in parts ( see my review and brief biography of this German band for that one! ) and is certainly one of there best although it does not capture the brilliance of the aforesaid album .
Guitarwork is very prominent again here and really excellent , from Lupo. Humour once again abounds with theatrical nuttiness. Great keys, bass and drums interplay too! The vocals may not be to everyones liking though.....might take some getting used to! Recording is top notch as one would expect from ' Conny Plank'. Certainly an album filled with rock eccentricities whch again are unique to ' Grobschnitt ' . A double album this too...

Classic Dutch Prog Review ofLive At The Rainbow [Remastered] - Focusby

Advantages: A decent live document of the classic Focus line-up Disadvantages: Muddy sound mix, not a full concert
...of the rawness and spontaneity seems to have been glossed over with a mediocre remaster - but with live Focus material from that period being fairly thin on the ground, it's an essential purchase for any prog rock fan. Highlights include a manic Hocus Pocus (perhaps their most famous track) and reprise, and an excerpt from the epic Eruption.
Listen to this if you like - Jethro Tull, Grobschnitt...
