KC Rules OK (Special Edition) [Remastered] - King Creosote

K.C. Rules ok...and doesn't he just.

Advantages: Original, different, soft, easy listening
Disadvantages: Not easy to get

King Creosote (Kenny Anderson) is a Scottish independent folk musician, and this was his third "major" album (the third that wasn't a CD-R release). And it shows by the maturity and deepness of his often touching songs. The album ranges from the very mournful and somewhat upsetting "Marguerita red" to the joyful "Bootprints" and "Jump at the cats". Although the album may not sound as though it's been polished this merely adds to it's charm rather than be an over-produced collection of music, it feels fresh and vibrant, like it has that something extra. The King and I special edition

Advantages: Great film for all the family
Disadvantages: none

Rodgers and Hammerstein's classic musical the King and I special edition is a great buy and one I would highly recommend to any one. This is one of the great Hollywood musicals from that period of time when they where making such great films like this. The story is of a English governess Anna Owens played by the great Debera Karr who has gone to Siam to be the governess to the children of the King (played by the one and only Yul Brynner . There is the love story of the foreign princess who has been sent to the King as an other wife and her bid for freedom with the man she loves. This film has some great music and songs and the sets are realy eye catching. Its a must if you have not ever seen it and if you have already seen this film then you will know what I am saying when I say you have to have this in your collection. A film ...
