...Yes folks, it may truly have been the most irritating song in the whole entire history of the world, but love it or hate it, you'd have had to have been dead not to have known the words!! It's a very catchy number and i'd be surprised if you hadn't caught yourself singing along to it at least once! Personally, although I'm thoroughly ashamed to admit it, I like the song!! I mean it makes me giggle, it's just a whole load of unadulterated fun and it doesn't harm anyone (except for Barbie herself of course, who didn't find it terribly amusing!) I can't listen to this tune without smiling since I saw two of the hardest bloes in the pub singing along to t on karaoke!!... Read review

...Balamory (Strike Up The Band) is a must-have cd for any young Balamory fan. This lively cd features many of the character's songs that will keep your youngster singing and dancing to their favourite tunes. Most of the tracks are longer versions than those played on tv - it is great to hear the full songs. PC Plum's tribute to Queen in "Follow the Clue" is an amazing track - you almost forget he is singing about sticky buns at one point in the song. Tracks 12 - 14 can be played on your CD Player as normal karaoke tracks. However, if you insert the cd into your PC you'll find it is a CD ROM Enhanced where you can access a Balamory paint package and sing these three tracks with onscreen lyrics. The CD booklet offers children a few puzzles and other games to play - it is almost like a mini Balamory magazine. Great for travel... Read review

Advantages: Well Chosen Tracks
Disadvantages: everyone will want to borrow it!

...Brilliant y put together compilation, with 41 tracks from different eras, but all memorable. Think back to Cher - Shoop shoop song, Weather Girls - Raining Men, Sister Sledge - We are Family, songs that you have sung at parties, in the pub, karaoke, weddings etc. There is something for all ages from way back,with Whams´Club Tropicana, and Cyndi singing about Girls Having Fun, right bang up to date with S- Club, Avril Lavigne,Daniel Beddingfield, and Kylie. A must have in your CD collection, and a great pressie for a teen, a mum, a sister, and even a gran like me would enjoy this for the nostalgia factor!No one would be disappointed with this variety of "sing your head off" songs, and if you take it to a party, be sure to keep your eye on it all night!Go on treat yourself!...
