Advantages: Storyline. Disadvantages: Several of the characters.
Ian soon finds himself falling for Faith's mother.
The story is written in both 1st and 3rd person but only goes into Mariah's point of view, the swift changing of P.O.V forced me to backtrack on pages to make sure I hadn't missed anything, I thought it would have been better to stick to third person throughout the whole story so then the narrative could flow more easily.
There was lots of different characters, several with similiar names and/or personalities, the only characters I found with the most original characteristics and which were the most believable was Ian Fletcher and Faith White.
I was dissapointed in the almost bland characters that Jodi Picoult had written, the story was interesting and did keep me gripped but ended with an ending that left me with unanswered questions.

Advantages: Realistic, human characters, unique story, great writing and some intelligent devices Disadvantages: Religion is always going to toss up arguments and controversy
Unlike the better-known My Sister's Keeper and The Pact, the courtroom doesn't assume a major part in KeepingFaith and even draws itself into question. Advantages: Further progress, awesome songs Disadvantages: none
Released in late 1992 four years after their last album, and two years since touring BON JOVI were back with keep the faith their fifth studio album
The 1990s heralded the rise of grunge, in particular bands like Nirvana and Pearl Jam leading the way and bringing their music to the fore. This desperate time for classic rock saw the demise in sales figures and popularity if not existence of many of Bon Jovis' peers. Bands such as Motley Crue, Ratt, Poison, Wasp, Europe etc all but disappeared, where as bands like, Kiss, AC/DC, Def Leppard, and Iron Maiden had to rely on their old fans and touring duties to stay alive in the industry. The only notable exceptions were Areosmith and maybe Van Halen who were still selling records in the states. Of course there were bands like U2, Guns and Roses, and Metallica who flourished, but they were ...
