I have owned a Seiko Kinetic watch for about 5 years now. The model is a 5m42 OE30.
There are other models available like the 5M42-0h09 which has the same face but a complete blue plastic strap, quality of the watch is not as good though.
I believe that Seiko don't make this one any more and for the life of me I don't know why. I have however seen them in a few jewellers shops around the country and in Germany.
I bought it for £220 which was in a sale reduced from £400. Bargain.
The watch is silver in colour with a black face and white night illuminated numbers. There are the standard analogue Hour, Minute and second hands along with a clear and readable date display on the right hand side. Telling the time in any conditions is easy as the display is clear and well presented.

simply push the wooden rod through the horses head and attach the plastic handles to each side to prevent it coming out. There are no screws or fixings to worry about and no batteries or anything required to operate just old fashioned energy gets it going. The box it comes in takes some ripping to get out with the bin men mind lol as its huge because the horse comes ready made and is quite large in itself. All the stickers were already pre stuck so no need even for lining up stickers and getting them wrong(Something I seem to be an expert at getting wrong lol).

In 1996, Michael Bay directed the box office smash hit "The Rock", starring Nicholas Cage, Sean Connery and Ed Harris. Although quite a old film, I once again saw this film last week, and I cant seem to get bored of it.
Michael Bay is a brilliant director, his story telling, action sequences and special effects always make a film watchable.
The Plot:
The film revolves around a group of rogue marines, who fed up with the American governments support for war veterans, decide to plot revenge on their own government. Led by Francis X. Hummel (Ed Harris), the marines steal VX nerve gas from a military base. They then find themselves taking hostages at Alcatraz Island, were guided tours are now present. The marines take control of the island, planting the VX nerve gas al over the island ready to launch if needed.
