Advantages: A few bangers Disadvantages: No change from earlier albums
...with air raid sirens and whistles before going into the horns which has become a signature feature of his beats, this start makes it easy for T.I. to just flow about whatever he has on his mind.

10. Top Back
This was the final of the six singles from the album, and was produced by Mannie Fresh. I felt as though the beat is what made this one as this was the main inspiration for for T.I. as he rapped about the ideal production for him to perform on. Te horns from Mannie Fresh are uplifting at the beginning, but he soon leads the tune with bass, and the sharp contrast emphasises the depth on the b-line, whcih T.I. is best at rapping on.

Advantages: The title track and the groovy R&B numbers Disadvantages: None
...this to be a big comeback for Ross. This was one of her most carefully conceived recording projects in some years and saw the soul diva colloborating with a multiple number of producers including Arif Mardin, Chuckii Booker, Steve Skinner and Malik Pendelton, who were all established and respected producers in the R&B genre.
Every Day Is A New day had the soul diva carefully and succesfully updating her over-all style and sound. Some of the tracks capture some of her most gutsy, soulful performances in quite some time as she recorded only sporadically during the 1990's.
The album opens with Ross' triumphant and soaring renedition of He Lives In You (originally recorded by another great diva Tina Turner for Walt Disney's animated classic, The Lion King). Ross is backed by an effective South African orchestra and rousing gospel vocals...

Advantages: Nice collection Disadvantages: Not a love collection, just good R & B
...The essential R & B collection is a good complilation but I wouldnt necessarily call it a love collection. Its the kind of cd to listen to when ironing or driving. Some songs obviously suit the title, love collection and this includes NSYNC,Wayne Wonder,Aaliyah,Alicia Keys,Toni Braxton among others. But Eamon with F**k It? Other songs like R Kelly's hands of time are for reminiscing the good old times and what could have been not whats happening at the moment.Maybe if the songs could have been numbered differently it could have made a difference with the love songs in one cd and the others in the next. Its a good mix of the old and the new with Justin Timberlake,Warren G,2 pac and Dr Dre but I wouldnt consider it when planning a cosy night in.Nice collection though....
