Advantages: Good choice of tracks. Good cover versions. Diversity of artists. Disadvantages: Can't think of any other than maybe a couple of strange choices for covers.
I own all three Live Lounge albums to date and would say they have got better with each release. There is a good mix of revamped versions of well known tracks by the original artists combined with interesting cover versions.
This particular album also showcases the talents of a few artists I previously knew little about namely Elliot Minor, Ida Maria, Santogold and Bat For Lashes although a friend had actually recommended the latter to me. As these artists all perform covers versions on here it has left me intrigued as to the quality of their own material and I'm sure others will feel the same about the artists who appear that they know little about.
Most of the tracks here have been big hits so you will be familiar with all but a few of the 40 offerings.
Another interesting feature is the inclusion of two versions ...

Xbox Live is good value compared to some other online subscriptions e.g. World of Warcradt or Everquest as with these you pay everymonth just for one game, whereas with xbox live you only pay once to go online with pretty much all your games.
You then get tempted, however, to pay for extra online contect such as extra levels, characters, backdrops for your xbox live dashboard, arcade games etc. etc.
So it's never as cheap as it seems!
The service on xbox live is good and it's rare to have connection issues so gameplat online tends to be smooth. Occasionally you may shoot at someone only to find they already moved- lag is rare but does happen and can be annoying.
The range of games that can be played online is excellent, and isn't just shooting and fighting! Guitar hero plays online brilliantly with options for guitar battles ...

when I found out I had to pay to play online, something I had always taken for granted whilst playing Mario Kart, in fact, after my free month of live membership ran out, I didn?t sign up for a paid membership straight away. The reason for this wasn?t because I didn?t like it, but I just wanted to buy a few more games to maximize the use I would get out of it.

You can buy Xbox Live Gold Memberships for various lengths. The shortest membership period is for one month which will set you back £4.99, the medium term membership is priced at £14.99 for 3 months with the 12 month membership costing £39.99. These are the recommended prices but I guarantee that if you put Xbox live gold membership into google you will get this a lot cheaper.
