Advantages: Close to Disney Disadvantages: rude staff, not up to timeshare standards, breakfast, facilities, decor
I stayed here with my husband and two children from 11th February to 16th February, and would not recommend it.
We booked this via RCI, using our timeshare. Typically when you swap a timeshare it costs the same as a regular holiday, except the accommodation you get is significantly better for the price. This is a run down, old motel, with poor service, and really was the weakest part of our holiday.
The reception staff were rude and unhelpful. They gave us a room with one king bed, for 4 of us! Even though I had phoned to confirm we could have a 2 queen room. It was dark, dingy and depressing. It was so small we could hardly move in it. I called reception, and then did change it to the room we had confirmed, but were not pleasant about it, and just passed us the new key cards at reception with a "here."

Advantages: Reasonably priced Disadvantages: Some items are quite tacky
(like me!) you may even have your own Peacocks cafe/reastaurant supplied with great food/drink (also at fab prices!) and customer toilets. the food, service and seating area is great at my store. At other priveldged stores (Like mine!) Peacocks also has a great range of home furnishings, nothing big just pillows, duvets, lamps, that kinda thing! Some of the products are alright though others not that great.
This store is best suited for people and families with a tight budget, maybe young mums or large families or old couple who have to be careful with their cash. But without a doubt many other people shop at Peacocks too, so why shouldn't we!? I've tried the store, so should you if you have the chance, Peacocks is definitely on an up, now with home furnishings and cafes why shouldn't it be!? Lets just hope the prices still stay ...

a woman's point of view because the clothes are up to the minute and have casual as well as evening/party wear and quite a few work suits, blouses, trousers, skirts etc. I think they cater for almost every age group of women, I have seen the 16 years olds as well as the more mature women in their 50s and 60s.
The average price for an up to the minute jumper: Ł10, skirts around Ł8-Ł15 depending on cloth and length, blouses Ł8-Ł12, jeans Ł10-15 and dresses Ł10-Ł15.
They also sell underwear and nightwear (pyjamas, nighties, slippers etc). Our house is so cold in Winter so when I saw fleecy tops and fleecy jogging bottoms which were in the nightwear section, I snapped up a pair, the good thing was you could buy the tops and the bottoms separately, they came in a choice of two colours pink and grey, so you could mix and match both colour ...
