Advantages: recipes, weight loss stories Disadvantages: a lot of ads
Determined to lose weight, I decided it was time to purchase a Weight Watchers magazine. I had always put this off in the past as I feared it would be full of people with a lot more will power than I who had succeeded in losing a two stone, or crammed with stories about those who had lost ten stone in two days by spending a grand on a 'miracle pill'. Though I found the magazine was calling out to me. It was either that, or an issue of Reveal with yet another story about how Cheryl Cole was too thin (they just wont leave the poor girl alone, will they?!). So Weight Watchers it was...
It's all well buying the magazine, but what is Weight Watchers? The first meeting was held back in the 1960s and since then it has been offering support and advice to dieters all over. Many meetings are held where members can go along, get weight and share ...
Advantages: Vivid look at Vietnam pre-war Disadvantages: Over elaboration at some points
Rescue Dawn pairs up two people that for me spell box office gold, the magnificent Christian Bale who seems to only appear in quality productions and now for over 20 years, and freaky German director Werner Herzog who has in the past gone as far as hypnotising his cast for a movies duration in order to achieve his desired look. Like any typical self opinionated individual who claims to know it all, Dengler on his first flight over Vietnam is shot down ...
og huge strawberries etc... The only problem with this was that you would try to break through them with your spoon and the pastry would crumble everywhere from the pressure; still it's going to all be scooped up onto my spoon anyway and the filling helped to bring it all back together. The plus side of having big portions of fruit = extra juicy!
Per 6th of the tart sets you back 260kcal and 13.2g of fat. Hmm. Okay, it's not a HUGE shockingly outrangeous amount if you view the figures compared to some desserts (and you could argue it's relatively healthy with the fruit, and even healthier if like me, you just eat the fruit!) but when you see the recommended serving size slide on your plate, it's pretty small and one could easily have double the amount. I was recommend this to dieters only if you're planning on just eating the fruit ...
