Advantages: Long lasting, subtle fragrance, moisturises lips. Disadvantages: Can be hard to find in shops depending where you live, a little too pricey.
I am a great user of lipbalms and am always trying new ones to see which is best for me. I saw this one recommended in one of those celeb magazines and thought I'd try it out.
I think its amazing! My lips get very dry but this solved that, my lips felt moisturised yet not greasy. The honey fragrance is a lot subtler than Burt's Bees Minty one but it has the same qualitys - it lasts ages, it doesn't leave white marks, it doesn't drown your lips in slime, it doesn't melt easily in your handbag, I haven't had one snap on me yet!
I didn't have to apply this very often throughout the day at all. I put it on at night before I went to bed and my lips were not dry in the morning (as happens to me with cheaper, own brand lipbalms).
The only thing I would change about this product is if it could be a little cheaper and available in all ...
Advantages: Good story Disadvantages: Too much historical data
Background:
I have read and reviewed several novels by Robert Goddard in the last few months. He is a popular suspense/ mystery writer and one I have always enjoyed reading. This book I found while browsing round the crime section in my local library.
About the author:
Robert Goddard was born in Farnham in Hampshire on the 13th November 1954. His big passion other than writing is history. You can see this in many of his novels as they are often linked to our history and documents from it. He has written 20 successful books since the first one was published in 1986.
Synopsis of the book:
It is just a normal summer day in the peaceful tourist village of Avebury in 1981. David Umber is a student compiling his thesis on Junius sitting outside a pub waiting for a man called Griffin who has some important information for him ...
Advantages: Looks good Disadvantages: Weak plot, even worse science
the flowers back on the plane. The pilot & co-pilot get incapacitated and Barry and his friend have to land the plane. Another stupid notion that bees could carry a plane (it'd take billions & they'd be blown away even if they ever could fly fast enough to catch a jet in the 1st place). Anyway, the bees repollinate and the flowers are saved. End of awful movie with REALLY AWFUL science.
