To PS3 or not to PS3?

Advantages: An amazing machine, expandable, some great features
Disadvantages: Expensive (but for a reason), almost internet reliant, no browser security

tried to go completely wireless with this console and I must admit that having a wireless controller is a massive bonus, but the downside is they're so expensive at around £35 a shot. On the plus side, you don't have to pay for batteries as there is a USB cable that attaches to the controller and PS3 which charges the controller if it starts to run down. Also, if you'd rather stick with your old PS2 controllers, for £13 you can get a 4 port PS2 adaptor which plugs into the USB port and allows you to use PS2 controllers (it seems that these are 3rd party and not official Sony products so some shops don't know about them - we got ours at GameStation). Review of Sony PlayStation 3 (PS3)

Series 3 starts to solidify in the middle

Advantages: Great acting and writing
Disadvantages: Episodes spoilt by the subplot context

The second disc in the third series of the modern Doctor Who gives us 4 episodes, two of which are a double-episode tale involving the Doctor's long serving arch enemies, the Daleks. With the first three episodes having set the scene with the emergence of Martha Jones as the Doctor's new companion, I was read for some gritty episodes that the writers could get their teeth stuck into. The Episodes The first two episodes are Daleks in Manhattan and Evolution of the Daleks. The Tardis brings the Doctor and Martha to Manhattan Island in the 1930s with the Great Depression having set in and many inhabitants of New York having to set up camp in the parks in order to survive. At Last the iphone go's 3G

Advantages: Looks, Wifi, 3G, Screen Quality
Disadvantages: Limited to the 02 Network, Camera

At Last the Iphone has gone 3G - why they didnt do this with the first on I will never know!!! Welcome Apple to the real world of Mobile Phones, but this 3g iphone isnt just a phone - its like a mini pc.. The minute you put the phone in your hand you can feel the quality, very well built with an excellent responsive touch screen,I recommend a screen cover for this phone which are widely available so as to prevent sratches. The cover does lose sensitivity, but not much and is still responsive. This phone has Wifi which is an excellent feature. This a supreme gadget, it just hapens to be a phone aswell. With Apple introducing 3G to this phone opens up features like Video streaming and faster internet access. Talk time on this phone is an impressive 10hrs with standby time being in excess of 280hrs.
