there are ten tracks here, including four instrumentals 'soul sacrifice', 'jingo' and a couple of blues jams. the music on this album is leaner and less ... ...his best.
the other songs include a version of BB kings 'everyday i have the blues', the upbeat 'persuasion' and drawn out jam of 'freid neckbones' and a version of 'with a little help from my friends' that is very reminiscent of joe cocker's woodstock version, but is still excellent. for me the highlight of the album is a delightfully downbeat version of the blues standard 'as the years go passing by' which is a perfect example of ... more

overall, this is a good album with a good mix of tracks performed consumately. the inlay is good too with a good little bio of the band and some nice pictures.
