Also i think that the message that they try to get accross is a good one and it starts to put concious thought into your childs head, that fast food and sweets are bad, and fruit&veg, and excercise are good. My children listen to this all the time, though i will say that, as the songs are short, they do get very repetitive for us adults. Try to avoid taking the cd in the car, as after 80 miles of this you may start to loose your liking for it!
However all in all it is a very good buy, and will keep the kids amused. Good fun, and excercise for them. G
