...BACKGROUND

I listen to Slipknot since their debuts. They appeared with the new metal movement, however at the time, they were to be different, because more extreme. They were closer to death metal in their sound... Vol3. The subliminal verses, is their 3rd opus.
Their first album was more metal, their second very death metal, even more extreme, and finally this one, well... I would say experimental (to use the words of their drummer, Joey Jordison).
WHO IS SLIPKNOT?

They are 9 crazy musicians from Des Moines, Iowa, USA. They are wearing masks while playing, and their physical identity remained unknown until recently.
Some of the members still haven't appear in magazines without their mask.
Each member of the group wears a mask of his own, a mask they chose and designed themselves...
