Therion are an excelent band i love them and have most of their albums including vovin, deggial, crowin of atlantis but i think secret of the runes is their best. If you havnt heard them before i think the only way to describe them is opera rock / metal, they have an orcestra, violins, guitars and quite a few diferent singers so you wont get bored with the same vioce. a couple of the songs have this funky singer where they do a sher like effect on him sounds awsome "sand man".
if you like this try searching for: epica nightwish lacuna coil apcolyptica and within temptation
they are similar to therion all operatic rock / metal but original in their own ways and just as good
